Remote RTG solution for Port of Fredrikstad (November 2018)

Greenwave’s has developed a graphical monitoring solution for remotely operated RTG-cranes. We call it RTG-VIEW. The solution is completely independent from RTG-crane models and makes. It can therefore be installed as retrofit without the necessity of upgrading or replacing older RTG cranes.

The solution is entirely integrated with the terminal operating system T3-TOS. The real-time graphical views reflect the actual container status under the RTG crane, allowing the operator to navigate one or several cranes solely based on the control screens. Camera views are practically only needed for the final container docking operation.
